We will provide you with an accurate proposal and discuss all of the important factors such as: removal of load-bearing walls, plumbing and electrical modifications, creative roof line options and a plethora of building materials being used today that will be considered for your home.
PERMITS &
INSPECTIONS
MicLaw will facilitate all building permits necessary to ensure your expansion or remodeling project meets the requirements of your specific town or village. During the construction process, your project manager will meet with building inspectors to ensure you receive your certificate of occupancy when all of the work is completed.
